Glanville Counselling & Psychotherapy
If you are feeling that relationships or events in your life are difficult you are not alone. We all have times when we feel we cannot control or understand our emotions. Counselling can help you work through these issues and explore why you may repeat them. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place for you to talk and to be heard.

About Me
My name is Beverly and I am a professionally qualified Accredited Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. Being integrative means I will tailor what I offer to you, the client, depending on your needs and requirements. I work with individuals and couples to address the issues in their lives whether recent or relating to the past.
"We are all a product of our experience"
I am an accredited registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I am listed on the BACP Register. This register is also accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
I work therapeutically on a range of issues, these include anxiety, depression, bereavement, history of abuse, panic-attacks, neurodiversity, relationship problems, eating disorders, stress and trauma.
My core training was focused on the person-centred (humanistic) approach to counselling. However, as my course was integrative I have also extended my knowledge to include other models. My formal counselling training to become qualified as a counsellor took five years, but the learning never stops as I regularly attend additional training and professional development groups in order to increase my knowledge and to further develop my skills as a counsellor and to improve my practice.
My qualifications:
-
TA101 Certificate in Transactional Analysis - EATA
-
Level 6 Course in Counselling Supervision
-
Level 4 CPCAB in Therapeutic Counselling
-
Certificate in Online Counselling
-
Certificate in Counselling Studies
-
Certificate in Counselling Skills
-
Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills

I offer clinical supervision for therapists using the Seven-Eyed Model, developed by Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet. This reflective framework explores therapy from multiple perspectives, including the client’s experience, the therapeutic relationship, and the wider context of the work.
My supervision integrates both normative and formative elements supporting ethical, accountable practice while also fostering professional development, reflection, and learning. I aim to provide a collaborative and supportive space where therapists can think more deeply about their work, gain new insights, and continue to grow in their practice.
